This is why I groomed Meka myself. She'll be a year next week and I JUST found a groomer w/ the experience (25 yrs) that I was needing.
You really do need to do the research on a good groomer. Just taking them to random places just doesnt cut it, cause you never know what your gonna get. Also, if you take your pup to the groomer for the first time, that groomer should be more than willing to make you feel comfortable and even allow you to sit with them on the first cut...
None the less, your baby is a cutie regardless... and hair does grow back
