I took ava to her first grooming today, Very specifically I said ONLY TRIM HER EARS, BUTT AND PAWS because we are growing out her coat. Groom says ok no problem
I pick her up only to discover she cut her top knot hair down so far I can't even clip it
and SHAVED the top of her nose I'm gonna say somewhat like a shnauzer. she looks terrible.
I was so angry I asked why she cut her top hair and she said "it was in her eyes and you didn't tell me not to." I said "well I told you not to cut anything but the exact areas I said, and I told you we were growing it out" I was so angry I had to leave and called hubby, he is going to call and complain. Yeah no more trips to that groomer.
