Please stay away from the phentermine...My future d-i-l, besides becoming a nurse in a year, has been a pharmacy tech for 3 years..she knows her stuff, and they CAN do damage to your heart...I just wish I would have known back when I took them just how dangerous they were...you can lose on your own, you just have to set your mind to do it...I just started my diet last week, and have lost 4 lbs. already, just by cutting back on eating, and what I eat..as soon as it gets nicer out, am going to get back in to walking...and drink lots of water!
