I've taken the plain ole Phentermine before and it worked wonders! (Granted, I have not health issues it would interfere with.) I'll say every once in a while I got headaches and it made me really thirsty with a metallic taste in my mouth. I kept the weight off for years...sadly, I have since found what I lost...my own fault.
