Have you had him evaluated to see if he represents the breed in a manner that should be bred? What health screenings have you had done one him?
Telling you what kind of female will compliment him as a mate is not something that can really be done on the internet...it differs from dog to dog and depends on MANY factors, not just weigh and age.
I would recommend that you find a reputable, experienced breeder in your area that can train you on what to look for and guide you through the process. Also, research the behavioral changes normally associated with studs and determine if that is something you are willing to accept.
