Default hernia

Sometimes a hernia will happen. I have had navel hernia's in a few pups over the many years. What I do is deduct the cost of the hernia repair done at spay/neuter time. I talk to the new puppy owners vet and ask them what they are going to charge, put it in their file and in 4 to 5 months it is done. I , also offer to have my vet do the surgery if it is a huge difference. Not much experince with pups not having both testicules in place by 6 months..but I would pay for the extra surgerical fees if it happened.
