Zoe and Zorak also have the collapsing trachea issues. They are usually okay since we use harness, the only time they have it rough is when they get over excited.
We just calm them down and help them relax.
Be certain to NEVER use a collar for ANY reason on a lead... you can use them to hold the tags, but not to lead the doggies by.
