Yes, that is what my setting was already.
I wonder why it is that way for some and not others. It is probably one of those mysteries like the one time I couldn't see certain peoples avatars and everyone else could. But I have seen other people post with the same problem. Weird, huh??
I think hover means it shows as a link if you mouse over it.
