I have one and I love love LOVE it!
Pros:
- it doesn't leave a sticky film on the laminate flooring we have in this house
- it actually works just as good as it shows in the infomercial
- its lightweight even with the water in it
- it has a long cord so I don't have to keep unplugging/replugging
Cons:
- it only came with two washable cleaning pads. No biggy though, I just ordered more from their site. This ENTIRE house is laminate/tile so two pads just didn't cut it.
- my GaGa loves it and keeps trying to steal it everytime she comes over
