i would say no......... i got toby for $500 and he is healthy as a horse, i would never pay so much for a puppy with problems to begin with.... im sure you can find a puppy for 1000 that is papered and 100% HEALTHY for the price you are going to pay for one with a hernia ....... get another puppy there are plenty of them out there, 200 is not enough to knock off the price if anything he should be more like $400....... deffinatly no 1000...... |
