Myth. Some turn out to be non-allergenic, but it's a crap shoot as to which set of genes they are going to inherit. The poodle has a low allergen coat, but a lab does not...you can't be assured of what coat type will be passed on.
Why is there a need to "create" a non-allergenic dog when there are already numerous established non-allergenic breeds?
(And know that I completely understand your point/view and am NOT trying to jump you for it.
