Yes, I took adipex..the diet dr. gave them to me years ago..I lost 60 lbs in 3 mos. but, put it back on..I also ordered some of them online, but, have decided now to do it on my own..the phentermine aren't good for you...what it actually is, is speed...Try counting calories(around 1200-1500 a day), drinking a lot of water and walking, you will lose it.. |
