I think if you are eating healthy, exercising and drinking lots of water then you don't need pills... they are dangerous to take and unnecessary! Watch you'll see your hard work start showing really soon w/o the pills. If you do decide to take them though, make sure you talk to your doctor about side effects and interactions with other drugs you are taking. Id hate to hear anything happen to you. My brother's good friend died last year from taking diet pills. It was very tragic and could have been prevented! Just be careful! And good job with making healthy living a part of your lifestyle!
