Good for you!! I quit smoking 13 years ago.... My mother passed away of lung cancer when I was 18. She smoked 2 packs a day. That was back in 1983 and it was really horrible to watch her die. You would think I would've quit when she died. But at least I finally got smart and did it. I have never wished for a cigarette again either. Remember 99% in the mind - if you truly are sick of smoking and berate yourself everytime you light up that cigarette, you'll definitely kick the habit. I tried to quit a million times before, but the difference that last time was my attitude and I was quiting for myself and no one else. Good luck!! It's not easy to kick- if it was than nobody would smoke! YOU CAN BEAT THIS!
