OK, I posted the other day asking ya'll to cross your fingers and pray for us because we were trying to buy a house and we were $2000 short for the downpayment we needed. My GaGa was going to loan us the money, but ended up having to pay more taxes than she thought so she couldn't do it.

Well, guess what, WE JUST GOT THE HOUSE!!!!!!!! He called today and told us we could have it!

I am SOOOOOO excited! I fell in love with this house a few years ago and it just came up for sale this week. Once I walked into it I KNEW I had to have it. It needs some cosmetic work (mostly just paint), but it FEELS so good and homey. It isn't cold and unwelcoming like this house. You just feel GREAT when you walk in the front door.

Oh oh oh, and check this out - I have been praying and praying for something GOOD to happen with me for a change. And than I prayed and told God that I really loved this house, but I was going to just put it all in his hands and trust him to put us where he felt we needed to be. WELL, the guy we are buying the house from is a pastor and the company is called HIS Properties! How neat is that????
