- sometimes pets can develop allergies to food over periods of time, and this may result in the runny eyes. I would recommend changing foods - something without corn & by-products. Perhaps you could try Innova, Canidae or Artemis. Eukenuba has a lot of by-products that I would avoid. You can read a lot of dog food ingredients/comparisons at
