Hi all,
For the first time in my life, I got into a car accident this morning! I am fine, the other guy is fine. I drive a Cavalier and he was driving a pick up truck. It all happened sooo fast I didnt know what was going on, I looked down for a second, looked up and he was just stopped in front of me!!!
So I slammed my brakes and hit him but not too hard! Although it felt harder than it was. It was on the actual highway, I probably hit him going 20 - 30mph. My front bumper is cracked up and my license plate mangled, he had NO damage at all. I was really shaken up, it was scary! I kept my cool, we called a state trooper, traded info. The trooper, the guy and me saw NO damage to his truck whatsoever so hes going to take it to a mechanic this weekend, if there is nothing wrong he won't file a report. If they do find anything he will. Im keeping my fingers crossed!
I am sooooo thankful that it was what it was and nothing more, noone was hurt, noones car was destroyed, nothing! PHEW!!!
What a scary thing though!!!!
