I am having huge problems with Nico, the dog I adopted from my friend. He will not eat, this is his new thing. Remember now, I have a Maltese who is ten years old and very very attached to me. So if I yell at Nico for something (i.e., pooping on the floor, which he is doing quite often now) she thinks that she is in trouble so she comes to me with her head down and she is shaking). He went out this morning at 4:30 am peed three times and pooped, I rewarded him with a treat. Then I went to take a shower so I put him in his crate, I left Madison on my bed so they could see each other. Got finished showering, let she and he out of the room so I could get dressed and opened the door and he pooped right in front of it. My older one is so upset that she pooped in the house today and she NEVER poops in the house. I am seriously thinking of giving him to a friend of mine who has a very large yard and two other dogs (one of which a friend of mine gave him). I think Nico needs a place where he can run around more. Now to the food issue, I put the cottage cheese on it, he had some the first night and now he wont eat. I am giving him 2/3 cups of eukanuba and one tablespoon of cottage cheese. Nothing. He looks at it and wont touch it. Any idea would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
