Little Bengi is acknowledging that he made an error in judgement and is asking for forgiveness and approval of the pack leader. For him it is a very serious event. Chizzie, Scarlett, Dovie, Peppy and Kooper somes something similar. Chattie, on the other hand sulls up and stalks away to wait for ME to beg for forgiveness.
It is a battle of the wills.
