DO NOT RESPOND TO THAT! That is one of those emails like that Nigerian scam where they say that your long lost cousin has died and left money and left you a million dollars and they need you to give them x amount of money to get it out of the country. If you signed up for anything lately, they probably got your email through that. Just delete.
