I hear ya! I once stepped on this round plastic thing, that goes in the middle of one of those resin outside tables,,,( to cover the umbrella hole) ANYHOW,,, I thought I was gonna die! And I had a perfect circle bruise on the bottom of my foot for ,,,I'm not kidding you....like 3 months!
I feel your pain, literally.
