This is Jayden Drelinger, president and inventor of peticure

This is a heart felt message to address all of my valued pet parent customers and their pets.

This has been the most wonderful months of my life and...yes the most stressful. The response I am getting from pet parents is extraordinary and this dream of mine is now a reality.
I deeply apologize for all of the orders out there that are late. This company and invention has been my truest passion. Peticure benefits a long overdue solution to a wide spread problem that we all have experienced. The core of my heart wants so badly for you and your pet to happy and bridge this old wound. For the many that have received their peticures, the response has been everything I hoped and believed. PEOPLE AND THEIR PETS LOVE IT!!!

HOWEVER, for those who have late orders and are upset, I need to resolve this with you. No matter how frustrated you are, YOU invested in my invention for a PURE and GOOD intention (your pets)...and for that , I have a great deal of respect and debt to you.
I completely understand your frustration and would feel the same if it were myself in your shoes...

To make matters worse, if you ordered off the web site your orders were automatically charged by my web site admin.. I have worked diligently to fix that. I have a new web admin. software that will hold the customers card (in a large file batch) until it is ready to ship.

30,000 pieces are in the warehouse now and are shipping late this week and next week.
