Do you think this is a scam?She also sent pictures and if I wanted it to be registered with the akc that it would cost an extra $26.My friend saw the picture and she wants it but I'm still kind of iffy.
What do you guys think?

This woman had an ad in Dog World for years and offered a 5 yr health
guarantee ( for her advertising but if it's not in writing it's not worth a
thing) Here's what this lady did to her poor dogs and their owners
