I had something kinda along the same lines happen to me when I went to buy my charger. The dealership told me that there had been almost every car maker out there checking my credit about a month before I bought my charger. SO I checked it out and sure as hell there was so I called the credit agencys that had put this on my record and it was all checked at dealerships in Provedence (sp) Rhode Island. 4 different dealerships. I called the dealerships and asked about it and they said that a female came in but couldn't provide a valid drivers lisence so they refused to sell her a car. All the info that she used to try to get the loan was mine. After a bunch of phone calls and crap I finally got it all cleared up and they took it off my record. |
