Sometimes you can try and guess by looking at the nostril holes. If they have pin looking dots - they may ended up small. But this is just a guess. At this age there is no way to guarantee. I would just ask her to let you reserve the smallest one when ready to leave. You will not know which pup will be yours then, but you may have a better chance.
