I just started working nights on monday.. and I have only went through 2 nights and Im dead, I feel like crap I can't stay awake or anything. I am not a night person, Im the person who goes to bed at 9 or 10 and will wake up early, 7ish.
What do you do to stay awake or get your body adjusted to it? My shift is 6:45 pm to 6:45 am. one week I will work Monday Tuesday Friday Saturday and Sunday ... Then the next week I work Wednesday and Thursday.
THis weeekend is going to kick me in the butt, seeing how I have only went through 2 nights and I was falling asleep last night at work
