Today I noticed Lula and McKenzie's paws were red in the cracks in between their toes.
We went to the vet and she told me it could me minor skin irritation from salt, snow being packed up there, or mild frost bite
I am really careful to check their paws after walks and everything w/all of the salt out -- but when we run in and out to potty sometimes I don't always rinse them off.
It's nothing serious, we got some cream to apply nightly but I can tell the babies are uncomfortable so everyone if you don't already please check those paws after every time outside in snowy weather
I know I will be every single time now!
