Belly bands are little "diapers" for male dogs. They are just a band of fabric that velcro closed around the belly area. You put a pad or something absorbent in it. They're not meant to be a permanent solution but they can be a sanity-saver with dogs who mark or have a little trouble getting the potty thing down.
