Salmon is just great - we do white fish too (pollock, cod, sole, whiting, tilapia). I just preheat 425, put defrosted filets on baking sheet, sprinkle w/ seasoning, bake 13-15 minutes - put in tupperware, shred w/ fork - keeps for about 3-4 days in fridge. There are many who feed their fish raw too - but since I'm getting mine frozen at a regular grocery store, I just don't really know the source.
You can feed the fish w/ NV or w/ potato or whatever else too.
