LOL! I think I know what happened. I took my Jamie in to his vet back in February to be neutered. Jamie's vet called me at lunch time and said that since Jamie still had alot of his baby teeth and that he would prefer to wait on neutering Jamie and see if he lost more teeth. We decided to wait so that Jamie would only have to go under anesthesia one time. So I think what happened is that your doctor probably wanted to wait to do the neuter for 4-6 weeks to see if your baby maybe lost a few more teeth.
