ok i went to go check for you. i am using "HARTZ puppy shampoo".. it says nothing about not being able to use it on under 12 weeks. it just says gentle tearless formula etc. ive had pebbles since she was 8 weeks 6 days and ive been using it on her weekly.. she
just turned 12 weeks. try getting that one (I either got it at target or petco).
