I'm sorry you feel ignored.
I have bought from Nicki MANY times and she's been just amazing to deal with. I don't know if you read the posts but one of her dogs, Brooke, just had pups a few days ago. So that's probably why she can't be on the computer for very long. I think she just pops on when she gets a spare minute (between taking care of Brooke and the pups, plus work).
Since I have successfully ordered from Nicki before and she was extremely patient and helpful (getting me different sizes and actually getting me an entire long list of clothes that I e-mailed to her more than once -- what can I say, when it comes to my pups I'm a SHOPAHOLIC lol
), I feel I can say with confidence that she will get to your e-mail and everything will work out for the best.
