I have only given plain non fat yogurt to Max...but he'd been throwing up off and on for a day and a half, not sure what the cause was. He was FINE otherwise. I gave him some PeptoBismol which he also upchucked almost immediately, and about 15 min. later, I tried giving him some of the yogurt. He loved it and either he had run the course of whatever was wrong with him, or the yogurt settled his tummy b/c he had no problem at all after that. I was pretty surprised, but very glad! So now I keep a small container of plain yogurt in the fridge just in case.
