I have been through URIs twice already which is pretty similar to kennel cough. First with Ruby my yorkie and now with Valentino my Pom. If this helps any Ruby took about 3 months to get cured and had to have amoxicilin ( Clavamox) For three months three times a day and right now Valentino is on the same thing but he is doing much better.
