Good LUCK!!!! I wish you ALL the best!!!

My idea is, if you sit in front of a computer or like to write keep a notepad or word doc handy. Everytime you get a craving type or write in it. Get through the craving by keeping your hands busy! I quit once for a year and I did this and it helped so much. I typed the date and time of the craving and then started typing like a mad woman, cussing, swearing, ranting, begging, pleading, bargaining... whatever it took! When the craving passed I saved and closed the doc.

Not only was it fun to read later, but I also saw how the cravings diminished where somedays I had 10 rants to somedays I had none.
