I quit once for a yr and half. and last year decided to do it again. It is very very hard to do. I have to stress very very hard to do.
I was a fool to pick it up again but this time I am determined to leave them alone. my husband quit the same time as i did and is back at it again. he is supposedly trying to quit again since last week. I can't tell you how disgusting it its to smell it on him. I threatened to start again if he don't give it up. when I get the urge....... I just go yell at him and I feel so much better.
