My husband also just got me a new 17 inch screen laptop for my bday not as a bribe but I should do him the honor to quit, since he did cold turkey some months back. I don't smoke in the house though, but seriously when I wake up in the am it feels like an elephant is on my chest

Taking up exercise in place of smoking is supposed to work well as a replacement. Good luck you have me thinking!
I also felt like an elephant was on my chest when I woke up! I quite Last Jan. well six months later I had my first astma sp? attack. I had never had any problems ever. I told the Dr. that I didnt have astma before I quite so I should start back LOL He didnt go for it and I didnt either. My chest is feeling better everyday. I still want one everyday but I love not having something control my life. GOOD LUCK!!!
