I'm not sure since she is still so young, but I feed my babies 1/2 cup of dry kibble per day, NO wet food (I give them 1/4 cup of kibble in the morning, and 1/4 cup at night) giving them a healthy treat in the afternoon, in between meals.
I would ask your vet what he recommends for your baby
Although, since she is still so young and you do need to make sure she is getting enough food, I don't think it would hurt you to free feed for right now.
I used to always free feed, but I have a chubby little girl that will sit at her bowl and eat ALL day long if I let her, and since she is so small, over eating is definitely not good for her so we have to do feeding schedules at our house
