Can't cut a babies hair before age of one or it will have speech problems

I came out the shower when I was a teenager and my hair was wet, my grandmother asked "don't you have your period" I'm like yeah. She had a face like this "you should never wash your hair when you have your period" huh ok

Never heard the first one, but did the second one...and let me just say it is the silliest thing I've ever heard
