In my opinion three months is still too young to expect total control in a Yorkie. While cleaning your comforter probably made it look better, it does not take out the odor that a dog can smell. You need a enzyme cleaner for this. If the puppy can smell any urine smell, he thinks it's a pee pad. The puppy going at the END of the bed is actually a good sign. Is there a way for the puppy to get off the bed? We have a chest at the foot of the bed, and kept a pee pad on it for when Joey was young. Other people have suggested stairs. Personally, I would suggest a washable comforter until your puppy was older; I love sleeping with Joey! |
