If you post this in the Sick & Injured / Emergencies Talk section you might get some responses. My 3 lb. senior has LP and has had surgery on one knee. The other is a "might." Jumping off of couches or beds are not good ideas. I have ramps for mine. Stairs also work well. Good luck.
