I sincerely wish you THE BEST of luck I plan to quit very soon and my dad died 5 years ago at 62 of lung cancer so how dumb am I?! It's a bad addiction and as hard to kick as herion some experts have said. My husband also just got me a new 17 inch screen laptop for my bday not as a bribe but I should do him the honor to quit, since he did cold turkey some months back. I don't smoke in the house though, but seriously when I wake up in the am it feels like an elephant is on my chest

Taking up exercise in place of smoking is supposed to work well as a replacement. Good luck you have me thinking!
