Yay! I quit last year after smoking for over 35 years. You can do it! I used the patch...there were rough times...just keep on going!! Keep telling yourself how much better your hands/hair/clothes smell! Buy great-smelling hand lotion and apply it throughout the day. Pamper yourself! Good luck!
