I just realized that I may have come across that way

Japan is great, but there are SO many restrictions on service members....If you can the Tokyo area is great, the only thing is the quarantine laws have changed for pets Zama Vet They should be able to give you more direction for when you head out here with Mascot.

Also, The link my hubby actually sent me, because he knew I would have flipped seeing the video, but wanted me to be able to read what had happened and what K-Bay HQ were doing about it.
