White meat chicken, boiled (or sometimes a boiled egg)
60 grams (somewhere around 1/2 cup) mixed veggies (carrot, green beans, squash, bell peppers...).
88 grams (somewhere around 1/3 cup) carbs (brown rice, oatmeal, wheat pasta)
1 tsp. oil (canola, olive)
Cook the meat, carb and veggie and mix with the oil.
Supplements wouldn't apply if you don't do it all the time.
