Yes you may be right. I did not mean anything by Hobby vs Business other than to let her know that what she
might construe as a "business" the IRS would define it as a "hobby" and no deductions would be available to her and therefore would not be a consideration.
Yes, Good luck on the business, because doing something you get great joy from and allows you to have time with your skin and fur kids is the ultimate in "employment"!
