It could very well be a false pregnancy. Anytime a female comes in heat, even if they are not bred, they often display the same signs as if they were pregnant. I have had them get somewhat swollen bellies and enlarged nipples and even milk and not be pregnant. Do you know how long she had been in heat when the incident occurred? After the incident occurred how much longer did you keep them separated and did your male seem interested in her? If possible you need to try and pinpoint the date of the incident so you will have a better idea of when she is due if she is indeed pregnant. I just hope that she is not pregnant but I do understand that accidents happen.
