Hopefully not too many because it costs to register a litter and a puppy mill owner
usually will not do that but that is not the main reason. The main reason is if they
registered them the Akc would see how many litters they were letting their females
have and come in and inspect and shut them down. Some do register a few - maybe
the ones that go to pet shops and dr. up the papers. Since Hollybelle, I have
learned these people can work around anything. They can even say to AKC that
they will not let them in and they have to leave. With Hollybelle the dogs had no
rights only the puppy mill owner. Terrible!! |
