For most females, they start to come into standing heat once the bleeding stops. Are you sure she just started going into heat today or has she been in heat for a while? Some females don't bleed at all and I'm sure others bleed so lightly that they keep themselves clean and its not noticeable.
I asked this in your other thread but you haven't responded. Have you already had her and the male tested and screened for everything? You really need to do this before you breed them.
