Her name is Cynthia she is here on YT her avatar name is CRB.. Let me go and try to find a link.... I have a hard time posting links but I will try... She made this vest for Bleu and we ordered Sophies too.. His collar is precious I love it and then it has the ring for his leash.. It is made so well and very thick material.. I only have experience with Cynthia because I have met her and she is a great person... She does awesome work....I know there are others that are good but this is the only one I have personally bought from..
